The Scottie Creek Culture History Project is concerned with the documentation of the culture and history of the Upper Tanana Athapaskan people of the Yukon - Alaska borderlands. This project has involved archaeology, history, and direct ethnographic fieldwork since 1992 with the Upper Tanana of Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory, and Northway, Tetlin, and Tanacross, Alaska.

Joseph Tommy Johnny, Scottie Creek Elder, and Glen MacKay, Anthropologist, at Marilyn Lake, during archaeological survey, July, 2001.
A list of Scottie Creek Research Papers can be found here, some of which are available for viewing and downloading as PDF or Word files.
