The name of the species that I am doing is Homo Erectus. They lived in about 1.8 million to 300 000 years ago. They looked more like us than earlier humans did.
They were tall like us, but stronger. They had a bigger brain than Homo Habilis but they could not talk. They used complex tools including hand ax and tools for butchering.
The skills they developed is to hunt. They had a generalized diet, including meat. Their environment was variable, from warm to cold temperature. Females were 160 cm, and the males were 180 cm.

Antonia, Its interesting that Homo Erectus had a larger brain but could not speak. I wonder why? Any ideas?
