Homo Sapiens (Neanderthal)

Homo Sapiens ( Neanderthal )

The name of my group is The Homo Sapiens ( Neanderthal). Their timeline of life was between 133 000 to 32 000 years ago. They made stone knives, shelters and structures to keep them warm. They also made throwing spears, and harpoons. They learned to build things and are believed to be the first to bury the dead. They had some sexual dimorphism but very little. They are were a lot smarter then the early day Homo Erectus. They seemed to be well fed people. The Neanderthals originated in Europe, and The Middle East and Western Asia. There skull is very similar to the people nowadays. The average women was 5 foot one, 176 pounds and the males averaged at 5 foot 5 and weighed 185 pounds. They had very large brains up to 1300-1750cm3. They had very muscular bodies and very little were obese. Most were built like ox’s and still very strong with a firm grip. The were way stronger than Homo sapiens sapiens. Also, they had small generalized teeth. The neanderthals relied on meat for food and a healthy diet. They were the early homo sapiens of the world.
