Mesopotamia
This report is about the ancient Mesopotamians the Sumerians. The Sumerians were the first race of Mesopotamians, they were the very start of civilization as we know it.
One of the first invention that the Sumerians built was the temples also called the “Ziggurats”. They were one of the very first built structure which began other buildings such as homes.
Another thing they invented which came a short time after was cuneiform writing which they used to write letters and such. The Sumerians weren’t able to right really letters so they came up with pictures they used pictures for their letters and words.
The Third and one of the greatest invention was the WHEEL yes that is right the wheel the Sumerians invented and wheel to under their carts they would use to carry raw goods and such. They need the wheel for when they traveled in rough terrain which helped the move through it smoothly and safely.
Another invention that came shortly after the wheel was the very first trading system. The mesopotamians needed to trade to survive the trade was formed roughly around 3000 b.c.e , a little while after the had invented the wheel. The Sumerians used their wheel to transport their traded goods.
The Sumerians were pretty cool. They invented quite a bit and were very very smart. My Conclusion is that the Sumerians were pretty awesome and smart yes very smart.

Ancient Nara of Japan

I enjoy this site because it teaches a lot about the ancient city of Nara (which is located in Japan). Nara was built in 710 AD. Nara was built just like China with it's streets and avenues. In Nara many Buddhist temples where built among the walls of the great Ancient city of Nara.

Deserted Island
(1)If I were on a deserted island and had food and water, I would also make a tool for picking the fruit off the trees. First I would get a rock and shape it into some type of tool such as a spear then tie the rock onto a long stick so I could stab the fruit.
(2)Then I would probably need something to carry water down from the stream, to do so I would probably use either a coconut or weave a basket that would hold the water.
(3)Short Term Needs
Food, Water, Bowls(carved from wood or use a caved in rock)
Spoons(carved from wood)
Forks(carved from sticks)
Plate(carved from wood or rock)
Knife(sharp rocks, pointy sticks)
(4)Long Term Needs
Shelter(sticks and palm fronds)
Clothes(palm leaves and grasses)
