Our Class Mission Patches

The class was divided into two teams for preparations for the Marsville Link-Up day. They had to design a mission patch for their team. These are the patches from our class. One team called themselves The MOB (Mars or Bust), the other team called themselves E2M (Earth to Mars).

Brrr

Shivering cold at 40 degrees below zero

I look out the window and see the village shrouded in ice fog

A rainbow dances in the sky - a sundog

Everything is covered in frost.

Skeleton Poem

Spirits arise, awakening

Kids out Trick-or-treating

Eyes are shifty, darting

Lips are softly murmering

Ears are keenly listening

Tonight is Halloween!

Owls are hooting and taunting

Night is swiftly darkening

Spooks and ghouls are haunting.

Lola

Lola was born on a warm fall evening in a small town in Turkey. She grew up on a farm with her parents and 253 brothers and sisters. Needless to say, there were times when Lola felt neglected by her parents but she was certainly never lonely.

Growing up in a large family, Lola learned to help lay eggs at an early age. She also had a habit of hissing at strangers. Lola's greatest wish was to be kissed by a handsome rooster and turned into a chicken.

Lola likes chocolate cake and multi-grain honey-oat munchem's. Lola absolutely despises garlic and pigs. Lola is scared of the mothman, and the thought of Thanksgiving and freezers terrifies her.

Lola:

Today, poor Lola met her untimely end. She was carefully esconced in a large turkey roaster and was so stuffed that she rolled right out of the oven and onto the platter! Lola will always be remembered for her wacky sense of humor and her beautiful blue suede shoes.
