The purpose of this phase is to complete your information search and prepare to use the information you have found. In order to do this, you will want to: 

  1. Scan for overlooked information 
  2. Verify the information you have 
  3. Be Careful about Plagiarism 
  4. Review your assignment again
Reasons

The Search Closure phase is often characterized by a sense of relief. Now you can quit looking for more information put the information you found into action! Depending on how the search process went for you, you may feel satisfied with what you've accomplished or disappointed with the results (we hope it's satisfaction you're experiencing!) Some reasons for bringing your search to a close include:

  1. Diminishing value of results 
  2. Enough 
  3. Out of Time
