Yellow rumped Myrtle Warbler 7698

I strolled the Millennium Trail this past weekend, with S and C, my faithful and generous motivators. In the wooded bit on the Riverdale side, not too far from the wood bridge, we were startled by flashes of bright yellow. This little bird, a yellow-rumped warbler, about the size of a house sparrow, I think, was nearly impossible to photograph. It hardly sat still for a moment. I got really lucky here. The next frame is of an empty branch!
