Almost Japanese 7664

Just beyond the skateboard park, and just beyond the corner of the FHC field, there's bit of a dip in the Millennium Trail. There must be a bit of a draw there, because there a lots of willows and other moisture-loving things on either side of the path. That's my treasure trove of pussy willows at this time of year. I saw some downriver, near Kishwoot Island about ten days earlier, but these have location, location, location! Sunlight filtered through the willow stalks and over the dried husks of last year's spring work. When I saw this image in the viewfinder, I thought to myself that it was almost Japanese.
